The popular sweets of Tokyo “NY Caramel sand”
It has been developed in Tokyo based on the sweets that had been made in New York in 1960.
Fresh cream made by couverture chocolate really melts in your mouth and Caramel baked with brown sugar are sandwiched in cookies with rich butter.
You can purchase it at the Tokyo station or Haneda airport.
